Last night was this semesters villa party and I believe fun was had by all.

The class made a early evening and late evening playlist, which worked out really well and I think that the guests really enjoyed the music selection. Unfortunalty due to sickness and out of towners, the band we had last semester didn’t play, but David (Silvia’s son) and his friend did show up with their guitars and jammed in the garden, with one of the students joining in! It was really great!

After we finally got the highly intoxicated Italian guests out of the villa Nick and I retired to the apartment and let the students party the rest of the night! When I woke up this morning the sun was shining (finally!) and most of the students were already up and around. We enjoyed some delicious foccacia out in the garden and shared stories from the night before! What a fun time, bummed to think that it was my last villa party 🙁 Back to reality in a short four months!
