We started our culinary journey with the escargot, which was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, truly a classic delight. For dinner we chose the the cassoulet, which did not disappoint. For dessert, the caramel soufflé was simply to die for; its rich, velvety texture and perfectly balanced sweetness left us wanting more.
Our dining experience was further enhanced by our delightful waitress, who hails from West Africa. Her friendly demeanor and insightful recommendations added a personal touch to our evening, making us feel right at home.
