We started our culinary journey with the escargot, which was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, truly a classic delight. For dinner we chose the the cassoulet, which did not disappoint. For dessert, the caramel soufflé was simply to die for; its rich, velvety texture and perfectly balanced sweetness left us wanting more.
